Dual Home Development – Los Angeles CA.

BSD Investors built this home in conjunction with an amazing local general contractor. Our designers created amazing twin properties. Both properties feature similar styling and layouts but like any set of twins, they have their own unique personalities.

Both homes are designed to cater to any generation, from new young home buyers to people looking to retire away from the noise of the city.

Each home features an open simple layout where the bottom is meant to entertain, eat and live while the upstairs is an oasis of rest and relaxation. While our take on the design is modern/contemporary we left enough ambiguity to allow the homeowner to truly make it their own. These houses are meant to be a canvas for you to create your home.
